Why should I purchase pro audio, hi-tech and PA gear from Musiclab, rather than just any music store?
Musiclab is very different to general music instrument (GMI) stores. Musiclab is a specialist store with expertise and experience in professional audio, hi-tech music (computer based recording, synthesizers, etc), room acoustics, and PA systems and installations. Most of our sales staff hold university degrees in music or music technology and are also gigging musicians or recording / mastering engineers.
When you purchase from Musiclab, you get the direct benefits of dealing with a very qualified and experienced sales staff.
Sales is one thing, but what about after sales service?
Musiclab has a full-time customer service engineer on staff. Alex handles all enquiries from simple warranty claims, operational matters, installation problems, etc. When you purchase from Musiclab you get "Service Credits" - each one being worth 15mins of support from Alex (phone or in-store). Once you have used up your credits, Alex is still available to help you through at a reasonable cost of $25 / 15min block.
I'm having problems with my system, but I didn't buy it from Musiclab. Can you still help me?
We sure can, but we're sure you'll understand that we will have to charge you for the service. We have very experienced staff and we need to pay them. The charge is $25 / 15 min block of time (irrespective of the result). We have to charge even if we don't solve the problem, as there are many causes of problems in computer systems. We will apply our best endeavours, but if, for example, there is a problem with your computer we can't assume all responsibility.

Musiclab is located in one location only: 34 Campbell St, Bowen Hills. This is a near-city suburb in Brisbane and is conveniently located near Gateway Arterial, Inner City Bypass, Clem 7 Tunnel, Ipswich Road (Story Bridge).
What forms of payment do you accept?
In store, we accept Cash (remember that stuff?), all major credit cards (surcharge on AMEX and Diners Club), direct deposit (use our computers to acces your internet accounts if necessary), and PayPal. Educational institutions, churches and some businesses may setup trading accounts with pre-arranged approval.
Musiclab will honour manufacturer's warranty on all products that we sell. These arrangements vary quite widely between manufacturer's. For details, please contact Alex, our customer support engineer.
